Recommendations and conditions

You are kindly asked for in time reservation. Our office should state the terms of payments. If fares are not paid in this term reservation is cancelled. Allowed payments are: cash or bank orders. Opened return ticket is valid for 6 months from departure date. Luggage allowance: 1 bag or suitcase up to 32 kg sized 25x60x80 cm and one hand luggage which can be placed above the passenger's seat. Second luggage (up to 15 kg) must be declared by the passenger at the moment of purchasing the ticket and has to be paid extra 50 BGN or 20 GBP. Third luggage may be taken only if there is enough place on the coach and will be charged extra depending on the dimensions and weight.

Cancellation fees: 30% of fare price if canceled 7 days before departure date; 70 % of fare prices if canceled between 7 and 3 days before the departure date. 90% of fare price if canceled between 3 days and 24 hours before departure date; 100% of fare price if canceled less than 24 hours before the departure. It is not possible to cancel ticket for extra bus. If the passenger do not present themselves or miss the departure, they are not entitled to any refund of the fare.

Reservation changes: Any changes of the name or travel date are only possible prior to the departure for a fee of 30 BGN or 15 GBP each. Amendment of the departure date can be made not later than 3 days before the departure of the coach. Every passenger can change the departure date only once. It is possible to cancel a second journey of a return open or fixed ticket. For more information about cancellation fees you can contact our head office. Cancellation of the second journey of return fixed or open ticket can be made not later than 7 day before the departure of the second journey. After this period cancellation is not possible and no fare is refunded.

The Terms and Conditions written on the cover side of the ticket are only for information purposes. In case that there is a difference between the information on the cover side of the ticket and the one published on our web site the only true conditions are the one on the web site.

Clearance of passengers starts 30 min. and terminates 5 min. before scheduled departure time. Unoccupied places can be sold to waiting passengers.

Passengers are fully responsible for the validity and correctness of their travel documents. The company cannot take responsibility for passengers rejected to enter the country, or held on the border or by road checks due to incorrect documents or other reasons. In such cases the fare will not be refunded. The passenger has to keep their ticket during the whole journey and to present it to the customs, company or other authorities if necessary. In the event of the absence of the ticket the passenger may board the service after stating his/her name and the agent name from which the ticket was bought. The passenger has to pay 30 BGN or 15 GBP for reissue the ticket. If the passenger cannot supply these date they must purchase a new ticket.

Passengers must to know all valid customs regulations. In case it is necessary to unload luggage due to customs inspection on any border passengers are forced to unload and take their own luggage and show it to customs themselves. All luggages are labeled in the presence of the passengers. The Carrier is responsible only for the luggage which was stored in the trunk compartment of the bus and not responsible for the hand luggage of the passengers. Keeping the hand luggage is a responsibility of each passenger and lost or stolen such cannot be a claim to the Carrier.

During the travelling is absolutely forbidden: The consumption of alcohol, narcotic or other psychotropic substances; to smoke in the saloon or in the toilet of the bus; with their behaviour to prevent the crew job or to inconvenience the other passengers. Passengers will be excluded from transport if they don't keep the rules above. The passenger who was excluded from transport is not entitled to any fare refund.

All seats in the bus are equally comfortable. If necessary, the Carrier has the right without notice to change seat number, which is not a cause of complaint by the passenger.

Claims are accepted written within one month of the travel date and must be accompanied by a copy of the ticket and also ticket label (for lost luggage). Deficiencies in relation to the functionality of the bus equipments (e.g. toilet, TV) associated with comfort while travelling cannot be a cause of complaints.

Ticket price includes:

• Transportation and insurance of the seat in the bus by that route on the date written in the ticket. It must be handed to the driver on boarding the coach.
• Open tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of departure. Please book your return journey in time to avoid disappointment. The carrier is not responsible for unavailability of free seats and it is not a cause of complaint. 
• Luggage – 1 bag or suitcase up to 32 kg sized 25x60x80 cm and one hand luggage which can be placed above the passenger's seat. Second luggage (up to 15 kg) must be declared by the passenger at the moment of purchasing the ticket and has to be paid extra 10 BGN or 5 GBP. Third luggage may be taken only if there is enough place on the coach and will be charged extra depending on the dimensions and weight. All luggages are labeled. The transport of parcels and unaccompanied luggage is absolutely forbidden.
• Free coffee or tea every morning.
• Passengers are fully responsible for the validity and correctness of their travel documents, as well as for insurance events “Live” and “Medical Expenses”, liable for the passengers themselves.
• With ticket the travel agency concludes a contract for passengers transport taking our responsibilities according to article 42 – article 48 of Road Transportation Act (Promulgated Official Gazette № 82/ 17.09.1999, revised and amended in № 11 of 31.01.2002).

 Our crew will take care of your comfortable travel with the following requests:

• To keep the coach clean due to impossibility of cleaning during the journey.
• To not leave the bus during the border's crossing, as it can cause to unwanted problems with the customs authorities.
• To not stay far from the bus during the breaks or refueling, and to smoke only in designated areas.
• To use the toilet as a last resort due to the impossibility of cleaning and refueling during the journey.
• The inclusion of the video system and the air condition is performing centrally by the crew.
